After discussing the problem of handoff in IMT2000, considering the multi-service and multi-resources, a resource borrowing scheme is proposed. Based on the establishment of the system model, the performance index of the handoff scheme is analyzed. The simulation compares the performance under both scenarios with and without resource borrowing.
