针对我国机械制造业的发展现状及存在问题,笔者提出了复杂制造过程质量与可靠性集成监控理论框架,针对质量与可靠性集成监控技术的主要领域(即在制品质量控制、误差传播与预测、设备状态监控与故障诊断、集成质量系统以及质量链管理等)的研究现状进行分析,并对5个方面的研究水平和应用范围进行对比和归纳,为复杂制造过程的在制品质量控制和设备可靠性监控奠定理论基础。
