在监狱服刑的罪犯中,有这样一些人。他们是监狱里的“危险品”,被称为“顽危犯”。他们从不同的监狱被送到北京市监狱局清河分局集训队。 在过去的许多年里,监狱对“顽危犯”的改造,方法简单粗暴,不是呵斥、打骂,就是体罚、虐待,最常见的是“关小号”。2004年初,北京市监狱局清河分局在全分局破天荒地提出了“监狱人文化管理”,在监狱干警和服刑人员中刮起了一场巨大的风暴。
Among the prisoners serving sentences in prisons, there are such people.
