目的:初步建立了复方当归注射液体外指纹图谱,并在其基础上建立了复方当归注射液的兔血浆色谱指纹图。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18柱,以乙腈-水(0.03%磷酸)线性梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为300 nm,分析时间为60 min,以阿魏酸为参照峰,利用相关系数法和夹角余弦法来计算不同批次的样品间的质量一致程度。结果:HPLC:法的精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,体内外成分分析两个系数均大于0.9。结论:本研究有助于更清楚的了解复方当归注射液在体内外的化学成分的分布、数目及动态。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a preliminary fingerprint of Compound Angelica Sinensis injection and to establish a rabbit plasma chromatographic fingerprint of Compound Angelica Injection on the basis of it. Methods: HPLC method was adopted. The chromatographic column was Zorbax SB-C18 column. The gradient elution was a linear gradient of acetonitrile-water (0.03% phosphoric acid). The UV detection wavelength was 300 nm and the analysis time was 60 min. The ferulic acid was used as a reference. Peak, using the correlation coefficient method and angle cosine method to calculate the quality consistency between different batches of samples. Results: The precision, stability, and reproducibility of the HPLC method were good. Both coefficients of in vivo and in vitro analysis were greater than 0.9. Conclusion: This study will help to more clearly understand the distribution, number, and dynamics of chemical constituents of Danggui Injection in vitro and in vivo.
