一个企业的发展壮大需要适宜的文化作支撑,而正确合理地评价企业文化、并以此基础不断做出调整和完善也是必不可少的。本文把模糊综合评价方法具体应用到企业文化综合评价研究中,并结合Denison企业文化特质模型将文化分成若干个可靠指标,实现了对企业文化水平的综合评判。实证表明,模糊综合评价方法可操作性强、效果较好,可在企业文化水平评价中广泛应用。
The development and expansion of an enterprise need appropriate culture as a support, but a correct and reasonable evaluation of corporate culture, and continue to make adjustments and improvement on this basis is also essential. In this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of corporate culture, and combined with Denison’s corporate culture trait model into a number of reliable indicators of culture, to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of corporate culture. Empirical results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is feasible and effective and can be widely used in the evaluation of corporate culture.
