本文介绍了由电涡流传感器和MCS-51单片机组成的大轴弯曲量监视仪的原理和设计要点。并针对轴弯曲信号及其零点漂移的特征,提出了一种以弯曲量信号的最小值为基准的零漂软件补偿方法。
This paper introduces the principle and design points of the large axis bending amount monitor composed of eddy current sensor and MCS-51 single chip microcomputer. Aiming at the characteristics of axis bending signal and its zero drift, a method of zero drift software compensation based on the minimum value of bending signal is proposed.
