通过设有对照组的教育前后相比较的实验设计,了解营养教育对农村婴幼儿家长营养知识、态度和行为的影响。调查对象以母亲为主占84.5%,共调查4322人,结果显示,教育后父母的营养知识水平明显提高,营养态度分在较高基础上仍有显著提高,这两项指标的变化均显著高于对照组,并与是否得到过有关婴幼儿营养方面的知识显著相关。六月龄内儿童纯母乳喂养率从63.6%升至67.4%,母乳喂养率在多数月龄段普遍提高,辅食添加品种数量增加,而对照组6月龄内婴儿纯母乳喂养率无明显变化,断奶月龄有提前趋势,辅食添加情况劣于教育组
By comparing the experimental design before and after education with the control group, we can understand the influence of nutrition education on nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of infants and young children in rural areas. The survey mainly focused on mothers (84.5%), and investigated a total of 4,322 people. The results showed that after education, parents’ nutritional knowledge levels were significantly improved, and their nutritional attitudes were still significantly improved on the basis of a higher level.
