深部堵水技术要求堵水剂用量少、成本低 ,传统的堵水剂不能满足这个要求 ,因此 ,研制了一种复合段塞堵水技术 ,它由两部分组成 :可移动弱凝胶 (MWG)和高强度的凝胶 (PFG)。首先分别研制出MWG和PFG ,然后将它们复配 ,通过单岩心实验和并联岩心驱替实验 ,发现复合段塞堵水剂性能好 ,用量少 ,适合深部堵水 ,并用实验得到的配方在克拉玛依油田成功进行了现场施工。室内实验和现场试验表明复合段塞堵水技术性能优良、价格便宜 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
Deep water plugging technology requires less water plugging agent and low cost. Traditional water plugging agent can not meet this requirement. Therefore, a composite slug plugging technology has been developed, which consists of two parts: a movable weak gel MWG) and high-strength gel (PFG). Firstly, MWG and PFG were developed respectively, and then they were compounded. Through the single core experiment and the parallel core flooding experiment, it was found that the composite slug plugging agent has good performance, less dosage and suitable for deep water plugging, and the experimental formula Karamay Oilfield successfully conducted on-site construction. Laboratory experiments and in-field tests show that the composite plugging plugging technology has good performance, low price and wide application prospect.
