目的 探讨关节镜下胫骨双隧道非可吸收线固定治疗前交叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱性骨折的手术方法和疗效.方法 2009年1月至2014年8月行关节镜下胫骨双隧道非可吸收线固定术治疗前交叉韧带髁间棘撕脱性骨折患者30例,按照Meyers和Zaricznyj标准分型:Ⅱ型10例、Ⅲ型16例、Ⅳ型4例.术后在支具保护下指导功能锻炼,术后半年每个月随访,以后每3个月复查1次,行X线检查及Lysholm膝关节功能评分.结果 30例患者均获得随访,时间10个月至3年,平均(17.1±2.5)个月.末次复查无膝关节不稳,前抽屉试验及Lachman试验均阴性,骨折平均愈合时间(10.0±0 6)周.根据Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准,术后6个月(97.6±1.7)分,优良率96.7％.结论 关节镜下胫骨双隧道结合非可吸收线固定治疗前交叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱性骨折,损伤小,骨折复位方便,固定可靠,术后可早期活动,功能恢复优良,费用低,值得临床推广.
