1病例报告患儿男,足月剖宫产,出生体重4000g。外观正常,出生后第3天出现轻度皮肤黄染,无其他异常。血常规:HB 146g/L,PLT 623×109/L,WBC计数45.8×109/L;第7天复查血象:HB118g/L,PLT 1289×109/L,WBC计数26.2×109/L。第10天外周血原始+早幼粒细胞17%;骨髓象:原始+早幼粒细胞21%,组织化学染色POX(-)。免疫分型:R3细胞26.52%(占全部有核细胞),表达CD117,CD7,CD4dim,CD36,CD38;部分表达CD34,HLA-DR,CD13,CD33,MPO,CD71。腹股沟淋巴结肿大,肝肋下3cm,脾肋下1cm。未给予治疗,密切观察。第
