研究了20具40侧已防腐固定,经动脉注射红色乳胶液的上肢标本,对前臂中1/3的一些结构进行了观测。提出以桡动脉为轴心的复合组织瓣,观测了各结构的位置、形态、及其与动脉的关系。复合组织瓣可根据手术需要选择截取有关组织。此瓣可行游离移植,也可带蒂逆行旋转,以修复手创伤后的缺损,或行拇指再造。
In this study, 20 specimens of the upper limbs of 40 sides of the forearm that had been anticorrosively fixed and injected with red latex were studied. Some structures in the middle 1/3 of the forearm were observed. The composite tissue flap with the radial artery as its axis was proposed to observe the position and shape of each structure and its relationship with the artery. Composite tissue flap can be selected according to the needs of surgical interception of the organization. This flap feasible free graft, but also pedicled retrograde rotation to repair hand-trauma defects, or thumb reconstruction.
