EPC模式下,业主将工程项目的设计,采购,施工全部任务发包给总承包商,业主虽然降低了项目管理的难度,但同时也存在着一定风险。以某高校学生公寓为例,分析EPC总承包模式具有的相关政策支持、可缩短建设周期、项目管理专业化、有效控制造价等优势,探究业主的风险,并提出风险防范措施,以便于业主更好地管理EPC总承包项目。
In the EPC mode, the owner outsources all the tasks of design, procurement and construction of the project to the general contractor. Although the owner reduces the difficulty of project management, there is also some risk. Taking a college student apartment as an example, this paper analyzes the relevant policy support of EPC general contracting mode, which can shorten the construction period, specialize in project management, effectively control the cost and other advantages, explore the owner’s risk, and propose risk prevention measures to facilitate the owners to more Good management EPC EPC project.
