季风气候的季节变化是我国蔬菜供应淡旺不均的主要成因,各地淡旺季分布类型不同,存在互补关系。由“就地生产、就地供应”发展到“适地生产、统筹供应”的体系后,由于充分利用气候等自然资源和社会经济资源,能实现蔬菜生产的高效率、专业化、优质廉价和均衡供应,是蔬菜产业现代化的发展方向。在我国现有条件下,除采取常规措施包括农业气象技术调节品种茬口和小气候,以改善淡季供应外,还应利用地区气候资源,建立淡季补给基地。本文还提出了进一步建立我国蔬菜适地种植周年均衡生产供应体系,和发挥我国气候优势向苏联和东亚各国出口鲜菜的设想。
The seasonal variation of monsoon climate is the main cause of the uneven supply of vegetables in our country. There are different types of distribution in different seasons, with complementary relationships. From the “in-situ production and local supply” to the system of “proper production and overall supply”, full utilization of natural resources such as climate and socio-economic resources can result in high efficiency, specialization, high quality and low price of vegetable production Balanced supply is the development direction of the vegetable industry’s modernization. Under the current conditions in our country, in addition to adopting conventional measures, including agro-meteorological technology to regulate stubble crops and microclimate so as to improve off-season supply, we should also make use of regional climate resources to establish an off-season supply base. This article also put forward the idea of further establishing an annual balanced production and supply system for the cultivation of vegetables in our country and giving full play to our climatic advantages to export vegetables to the Soviet Union and East Asian countries.
