连续食用鸡胚蛋可使“白血球降低病”患者升高白血球,用“小白鼠升白模型”去检测鸡胚蛋的升白效果,已被我们初步肯定。(见中国解剖学会1980年学术会议论文摘要汇编494~495页施佩璜等)电镜观察白血球升高和不升高两组小白鼠肝细胞,发现前者似乎有较多的核糖体。为了探讨核糖体与升白作用的关系,本实验用提纯的鸡胚肝核糖体的主工成分BNA去试测小白鼠升白模型的升白效果,并观察和分析升白前后的血液和骨髓的变化。 (一)制备小白鼠升白模型:选用25~30g重小白鼠,测定其白血球正常值(剪尾
Continuous consumption of embryonated chicken eggs can increase white blood cells in patients with “white blood cell lowering disease”.
