中等职业学校培养的是具有专业理论知识和熟练操作技能的人才,能够适应激烈的市场竞争。然而,目前的学生在正式走上工作岗位前,首先要接受企业的培训,然后才能上岗。大多数学生在面对就业问题时仍然缺乏目标,没有正确的职业生涯规划。根据研究分析可以发现,出现这种情况更多的是中职院校,其实训课教学成果无法适应市场的需求。针对这一问题,笔者对中职餐饮实训课的教学过程中出现的问题进行了总结,并提出了一些提高实训课有效性的具体措施。
Secondary vocational schools are trained professionals with professional theoretical knowledge and proficiency in operational skills, able to adapt to fierce market competition. However, before the students are officially taken to work positions, they must first receive training from the enterprises before they can start their posts. Most students still lack goals in the face of employment problems and do not have a proper career plan. According to research and analysis can be found that this situation occurs more of vocational colleges, in fact, training teaching results can not meet the needs of the market. In response to this problem, the author summarizes the problems that arise in the teaching process of the mid-level catering training courses and puts forward some concrete measures to improve the effectiveness of the training courses.
