我院高职学生管理工作中存在“四多四少”的问题,在新形势下要根据产生这些问题的原因,采取相应的整改对策强化学生管理工作,以提高人才培养工作水平。
Under the new situation, according to the reasons for these problems, we should adopt corresponding rectification measures to strengthen student management so as to raise the level of personnel training.
