周恩来、陈云等同志早在五、六十年代就曾经提出过,领导我国的社会主义革命和社会主义建设事业,要多一些科学社会主义思想,少一些空想社会主义思想。遗憾的是,这些正确的意见,在当时,没有得到应有的重视。历史是无情的,二十年来,经过一些严重失误所造成的挫折和损失,终于使我们的头脑逐渐冷静下来,清醒过来。今天,再回过头来,认真研究这些同志当年写下的文件和论述,感到语重心长,切中时弊,倍觉亲切。当前,国民经济各部门,正在坚决贯彻中央r工作会议制定的以调整为中心的重大决策,深入学习和领会这些同志的有关论著,对于我们实事求是地认识我国国情,理解这一重大决策的正确性、必要性和迫切性,从“左”的思想束缚下解脱出来,尊重科学,服从全局,坚决搞好调整工作,推动四化建设的健康发展,有着极大的现实意义和理论意义。为此,本列约请我院部分师生以“笔谈”的形式从一个或几个侧面谈谈自己的认识和见解,兹将收到的稿件专栏汇刊,希望能够由此引起同志们深入钻研的兴趣。

Unfortunately, these correct opinions were not given due weight at the time. History is ruthless. In the past two decades, the setbacks and losses caused by some serious mistakes have finally made our mind calm down and sober up. Today, looking back and earnestly studying the papers and expositions these comrades wrote that year, I feel my heart and earnestness, and cut in the harms of the times, so I feel more cordial. At present, all departments of the national economy are resolutely implementing major adjustment-centered policies formulated at the central r working conference and studying and understanding in depth the relevant treaties by these comrades. It is of great significance for us to understand the actual conditions of our country and understand the correctness of this major policy decision , Necessity and urgency, it is of great practical and theoretical significance to be freed from the shackles of the “Left” thinking, to respect science, to obey the overall situation, to resolutely carry out the adjustment work and to promote the sound development of the four modernizations. To this end, the column invited some teachers and students of our hospital to talk about one’s own opinions and opinions in one or more aspects in the form of “written discussion”.
