托幼机构是幼儿学习、生活和娱乐的聚集场所,由于幼儿免疫系统尚未发育成熟,免疫功能较低,容易引起各类传染病发生与传播。手作为传播病菌的一个途径和媒介,手卫生工作做不好就给病菌的传播带来了有利条件,为了解常熟市托幼机构工作人员手卫生现状及存在的问题,笔者对2009—2011年托幼机构消毒质量监测的手卫生情况进行了总结分
