目的探讨外伤性脑血管病的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析10例外伤性脑血管病的不同处理方法及其随访结果。结果本组病例均有明显的外伤史,均行CTA及DSA检查,不同级别的外伤性脑血管病,处理方法不同,6例行放射介入治疗,2例行手术治疗,1例药物治疗,疗效良好,1例因高龄,合并严重后循环梗死、肺部感染死亡。结论外伤性脑血管病较少见,漏诊所致卒中后果严重,为在卒中前检查出外伤性脑血管病,需要参照相应的筛查标准,根据不同级别采取个性化的治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of 10 cases of traumatic cerebrovascular disease in different treatment methods and follow-up results. Results The patients had obvious history of trauma, all underwent CTA and DSA examination. Different levels of traumatic cerebrovascular disease were treated differently. Six patients underwent radiological intervention, two patients underwent surgery and one patient was treated with drugs. Good, 1 case due to old age, severe combined recurrent infarction, pulmonary infection and death. Conclusions Traumatic cerebrovascular disease is rare and the consequences of missed diagnosis are serious. To detect traumatic cerebrovascular disease before stroke, we need to refer to the corresponding screening criteria and take personalized treatment according to different levels.
