[目的]通过调查门诊处方不合理用药情况,提高门诊合理用药水平。[方法]随机抽查某院2010年1月～2010年12月门诊西药处方20000张,了解不合理用药情况,对处方中重复用药,不合理联用,溶媒使用不当及选药不合理等情况进行全面调查。[结果]书写格式不规范处方483张,占抽查处方数的2.41%,不合理用药处方300张,占抽查处方数的1.50%。[结论]该院门诊用药基本合理,但存在一定问题,临床医师与药师需共同加强药学知识的学习,重视处方点评工作。 [Objective] To investigate the unreasonable use of drugs in outpatients and improve the rational use of medicine in outpatient departments. [Methods] A random sample of 20000 outpatient western medicine prescriptions from January 2010 to December 2010 in a hospital was used to investigate the unreasonable drug use, repeated medication in the prescription, unreasonable combination, improper use of solvents and unreasonable drug selection Full investigation. [Results] There were 483 non-standard prescriptions in written form, accounting for 2.41% of the randomized prescriptions and 300 unreasonable prescriptions, accounting for 1.50% of the randomized prescriptions. [Conclusion] The hospital outpatient medication is basically reasonable, but there are some problems. Clinicians and pharmacists should jointly strengthen the study of pharmacy knowledge and attach importance to the review of prescriptions.
