对 5 1 - 5 0 - 1型汽轮机转子本体中心孔处缺陷 ,基于应变能密度理论 ,用复合型应力强度因子对缺陷进行了安全性评定和疲劳裂纹扩展寿命估算。结果表明 :在正常运行工况下 ,该缺陷不会引起一次性断裂且缺陷的有效疲劳扩展寿命Ne =1 938次。
Based on the theory of strain energy density, the safety assessment and fatigue life prediction of fatigue crack were carried out on the defects of 5 1 - 5 0 - 1 steam turbine rotor body center hole based on the composite stress intensity factor. The results show that under normal operating conditions, the defect does not cause a one-time fracture and the effective fatigue life extension of defects is Ne = 1,938.
