医院文明服务窗口之一的医院收费窗口,是代表着医院的形象,许多病人和医院的第一接触点,通过提供门诊挂号和就诊费用结算,他的服务文明程度直接代表着病人对此医院的满意程度和就诊效率。因此,为医院塑造一个文明服务的形象,提升医院收费窗口的整体服务质量,是各个医院所该处理好的一重大问题。
