利用中药小分子库筛选并分离对甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)有抑制作用的小分子化合物.实验发现白芷、柏叶、甘草、八月札等中药的组分具有很好的抑制MRSE的能力.其中白芷,八月札对MRSE的抑制作用尚无报道.实验选择白芷用高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行拆分得到4种单体化合物,并发现其中一种对MRSE有明显抑制作用.用质谱和核磁共振技术分析其结构,证明为珊瑚菜内酯,同时通过实验还发现了珊瑚菜内酯对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和白色念珠球菌有很好的抑制作用.“,”In this paper, small molecule compounds of anti-MRSE were selected and separated from the library of traditional Chinese medicine. It was found that the fraction from radix angelicae., CedarLeaves., Glycyrrhiza., Akebia quinata(thumb.)Decne had high anti-MRSE ability, and it was found o- riginally that radix angelicae.and Akebia quinata (thumb.)Decne had anti-MRSE ability. Through HPLC analysis, we got four monomers and successfully got a monomer with high anti-MRSE activity from Angelica dahurica Benth. Its structure was elucidated by mass spectrum (MS) and NMR spectroscopic analy- ses as uhellooterin, which was found to inhibit MRSA and Candida albicans.
