目的观察恶性肿瘤合并2型糖尿病的临床表现及治疗效果。方法对我院1995~2005年恶性肿瘤合并2型糖尿病的56例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病时,患者症状不典型,糖尿病的“三多一少”症状不明显。血糖控制程度明显影响恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。结论积极控制血糖是治疗恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病的关键。
Objective To observe the clinical manifestations and therapeutic effects of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with malignancy. Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with malignant tumor complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from 1995 to 2005 were analyzed. Results Malignant tumors with diabetes, the symptoms of atypical patients, diabetes, “more than a few” symptoms are not obvious. The level of glycemic control significantly affects the treatment of malignant tumors. Conclusion Positive control of blood glucose is the key to the treatment of malignant neoplasm with diabetes.
