利用转矩流变仪测定了不同润滑剂、不同润滑剂含量下,聚乳酸(PLA)/剑麻(SF)复合材料的流变性能,分析了不同润滑剂所属类型,讨论了不同润滑剂类型对植物纤维复合材料流变性能的影响。结果表明:内润滑剂可明显降低加工转矩,其润滑效果具有饱和性;外润滑剂的润滑效果还与转速有关,当转速过高,润滑膜受到的机械剪切作用过大,加上高剪切作用下产生的摩擦热使复合材料温度升高,润滑膜容易被破坏,润滑效果大大降低。
The rheological properties of polylactic acid (PLA) / sisal (SF) composites with different lubricants and different lubricant contents were measured by torque rheometer. The results show that: the internal lubricant can significantly reduce the processing torque, the lubrication effect is saturated; the lubrication effect of the external lubricant is also related to the rotation speed. When the rotation speed is too high, the lubricating film is subjected to excessive mechanical shearing action, The shear friction heat generated by the composite material temperature, lubricating film is easily damaged, greatly reducing the lubrication effect.
