The rat model of acute myocardial infarction was used to observe the protective effect of Anisodamine (654-2) on the diastolic function of ischemic myocardium. Experiments showed that left ventricular diastolic function index was significantly changed after the ligation of the left coronary artery in the body. The -dp / dtmax decreased, the LVDEP increased, and the T value prolonged, which showed that the diastolic function was severely damaged. However, pre-injection of 654-2 rats, the above indicators changed significantly reduced, suggesting that 654-2 has a protective effect on myocardial diastolic function.
