1992年11月1日19时30分,我市某单位一台KZL 4-13-A型锅炉发生爆管。经检查发现,该炉左集箱第11根水汽壁管中下部靠炉膛一侧过热变形鼓疱并爆破,鼓疱长度460mm,破口处其环向裂口长30mm、纵向裂口长8mm。管子减薄并呈兰色。割管后发现φ63.5×4mm管子已被水垢堵死;其相邻两根管也轻度变形;左集箱垢片、铁锈等沉渣大量堆积,其厚度约60mm;其他水冷壁管被水垢堵塞35根,占全部水冷壁管的47%,锅内各部位水垢厚2-2.5mm。造成事故的直接原因是水汽壁管被水垢堵塞过热爆破。该单位虽有水处理设备但管理不善、效果差,锅炉给水水质长期不符合国家标准,以致积垢严重,引发
