根据工业纯钛的物理化学特性,对钛坯加热工艺进行探讨,并在现有步进梁式板坯加热炉上进行实践。通过实践得出:钛坯加热时,在低温段缓慢升温而高温段快速加热,可通过调整步进梁运行间隔时间来确保钛坯在各加热段上的加热时间满足工艺要求;为确保各段炉温满足钛坯加热工艺要求,加热过程中不使用预热段烧嘴;当钛坯运行到加热段后,加热段和均热段上的烧嘴全部打开确保炉内气氛呈微氧化性,烧嘴采用小流量燃烧控制;加热过程中烧嘴火焰不得接触钛坯表面。以上加热工艺通过现场实验,能满足板坯加热炉加热钛坯的工艺要求。
