市场经济的发展,一方面给煤炭企业的发展提供了基础,另一方面也给煤炭企业的发展带来诸多挑战。煤炭企业为了在激烈的市场环境中屹立不倒,必须持续提升自身的综合能力,保持综合竞争力。尽管我国的煤炭企业具有光明的发展前途,但其在发展仍存在一些不足,就人力资源管理方面而言,传统的人力资源管理观念没有对人才给予相应的重视,企业内部的工作人员往往受到不公平的待遇,这些员工对企业的满意度以及信任度较低,对企业的发展极为不利,基于此,煤炭企业必须采取有效策略,解决人力资源管理中的问题,同时加强对人力资源管理模式的有效创新,注重提高员工的积极性,实现员工与企业的共赢。人力资源管理是目前企业管理中最为复杂的工作之一,为了做好人力资源管理工作,必须明确有舍才有得。只有坚持人力资源管理的核心,摒弃不科学的管理观念,掌握人力资源管理的先进技能,才能实现有效的人力资源管理。企业只有实现对人力资源管理方式的创新,才能促进企业在管理效率的提高,从而使得企业更加具备竞争力。基于此,本文对企业人力资源管理进行简要概述,分析了当下煤炭企业在人力资源管理方面的问题,同时提出了一些相应的解决办法,以期能够有利于我国煤炭企业人力资源的发展。

Based on this, the coal enterprises must adopt effective strategies to solve the problems in the human resources management and at the same time strengthen the management of human resources Effective innovation, focusing on improving the enthusiasm of employees, employees and businesses to achieve win-win situation. Human resource management is currently one of the most complex tasks in business management. In order to do a good job in human resource management, it is imperative to have a clear understanding of what it takes to get a job. Only by sticking to the core of human resource management, abandoning unscientific management concepts and mastering the advanced skills of human resource management can we achieve effective human resource management. Only by realizing the innovation of human resources management can enterprises improve the management efficiency and make the enterprises more competitive. Based on this, this paper gives a brief overview of the human resources management of enterprises, analyzes the problems of the current coal enterprises in human resources management and puts forward some corresponding solutions in the hope of being beneficial to the development of human resources in China’s coal enterprises.
