目的通过2011-2014年连续4年对流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)媒介成蚊的密度监测,分析蚊种密度变化规律,为有针对性防控乙脑暴发提供参考依据。方法 2011-2014年每年4-11月的上下旬采用光诱法各进行一次成蚊密度监测,按不同地理方位选择监测点,使用SPSS软件对结果进行统计学分析。结果不同生境中的优势蚊种差异明显,牲畜棚以三带喙库蚊为优势蚊种,占捕获总数的91.39%;其他各生境中均以淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,构成比均>70%,6-8月为蚊密度高峰季节。结论宁波市蚊媒密度总体维持在较低水平,应对牲畜棚蚊媒密度加强监测频率,加大消杀力度,在蚊密度高峰来临前的4、5月应进行全面的灭蚊工作。
Objective To monitor the density of adult mosquitoes in Japanese encephalitis (JE) medium for 2011-2014 for 4 consecutive years, and to analyze the changes of mosquito species density and provide a reference for the targeted prevention and control of encephalitis. Methods During the period from April to November every year from April to November in 2011-2014, mosquito density was monitored by light-induced method. The monitoring points were selected according to different geographical locations and the results were analyzed by SPSS software. Results The dominant species of mosquito in different habitats were significantly different. Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the dominant mosquito species in the livestock shed, accounting for 91.39% of the total catches. Among other habitats, Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant mosquito species with a composition ratio of> 70 %, June-August is the season of mosquito density peak. Conclusion The density of mosquito media in Ningbo is generally kept at a low level. Mosquito-repellent mosquito density in livestock sheds should be increased to intensify monitoring and disinfection efforts. In April and May prior to the peak mosquito density, mosquito control should be carried out.
