通过冷态流场试验和数值模拟,研究了双锥形喷口和双齿形环对旋流燃烧器喷口流场的速度分布、回流区特性及湍动度分布等空气动力场特性的影响.结果表明:双锥形喷口明显推迟了一、二次风的湍流混合,增强了一次风与中心回流区的混合;双齿形环增大了一次风速度以及一次风与其他气流混合的接触面积,内齿增大了中心管的尺寸,有利于中心回流区的形成;双锥形喷口和双齿形环都增大了流场的湍动度.
The effects of biconical nozzle and bidentate ring on the velocity distribution, recirculation zone characteristics and turbulence distribution of the aerodynamic field in the nozzle of a swirl burner were studied by cold flow field test and numerical simulation. Results It shows that the double conical nozzle obviously delayed the turbulent mixing of primary and secondary air and enhanced the mixing of primary air and central recirculation zone. The double toothed ring increases the primary air velocity and the contact area of primary air and other air streams, The inner teeth increase the size of the central tube, which is beneficial to the formation of the central recirculation zone. Both the double conical nozzle and the bidentate ring increase the turbulence of the flow field.
