Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of myocardial enzymes in different asthma states. Methods Children aged 3 to 12 years were selected as study subjects and divided into normal control group (n = 45), mild asthma group (n = 37), moderate asthma group (n = 29), severe asthma group Remission group (25 cases) 5 groups, with automatic biochemical analyzer for the above 5 groups of children serum myocardial enzyme levels. Results The results of serum myocardial enzyme test in 5 groups of children showed that the myocardial enzymes in moderate and severe asthma group were significantly higher than those in other groups in the proportion and level, and the more obvious the disease was. Conclusions The elevated myocardial enzymes in children with moderate-severe asthma suggest that these children have impaired myocardial function and need intensive care and treatment.
