为探究尿素合成塔间隙大小对设备安全性的影响。首先通过理论计算,对层板无间隙理想状态时与各层板间隙为1mm时的衬里板的应力分布作了对比分析,并采用有限元(ANSYS)计算的方法对焊趾处的von Mises应力分布情况作了模拟分析。结果表明,层板间隙的存在使衬里层板轴向应力和周向应力都达到了最大值,且易造成环焊缝处的应力集中,增加了衬里发生强度失效的可能性以及在焊缝处发生破裂的机率。因此设备制作过程中要严格控制层板间隙的大小。
To explore the size of urea synthesis tower gap on the safety of equipment. Firstly, the stress distribution of the lining plate with no gap in the ideal state and the clearance of 1mm between the layers is analyzed theoretically.
