目的了解2010—2014年桂林市食品和公共场所从业人员的健康状况。方法收集2010—2014年桂林市食品和公共场所从业人员健康体检结果,并对其进行统计学分析。结果检查食品和公共场所从业人员共计93 206人,总合格率是99.50%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.611,P>0.05)。在进行从业人员健康检查项目(伤寒杆菌培养、ALT、肝脏、脾脏、抗-HAV·Ig M、抗-HEV·Ig M、肺部、胸透、皮肤病)中检出异常551例,检出率分别是0.002%、0.30%、0.04%、0.05%、0.001%、0.04%、0.04%、0.04%、0.08%,各项目检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=955.9,P<0.05)。结论桂林市食品、公共场所从业人员预防性健康体检合格率较高,但仍有传染性疾病或疑似者,有待进一步加强卫生知识培训及动态监测。
Objective To understand the health status of employees in food and public places in Guilin during 2010-2014. Methods The health examination results of employees in food and public places in Guilin from 2010 to 2014 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results A total of 93 206 people in food and public places were inspected, with a total pass rate of 99.50%. The difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 0.611, P> 0.05). 551 abnormalities were detected in the employee health examination program (Salmonella typhi culture, ALT, liver, spleen, anti-HAV · Ig M, anti-HEV · Ig M, lung, chest radiography, dermatology) Rates were 0.002%, 0.30%, 0.04%, 0.05%, 0.001%, 0.04%, 0.04%, 0.04% and 0.08% respectively. There was significant difference in the detection rate of each project (χ2 = 955.9, P <0.05). Conclusion Guilin City, food, public places practitioners preventive health examination pass rate is high, but there are still infectious diseases or suspected, pending further strengthening of health knowledge training and dynamic monitoring.
