针对陕西省汉阴地区某金矿的矿石性质,进行了尼尔森重选影响因素的试验研究,确定了最优的尼尔森重选—浮选工艺条件为磨矿细度-0.074 mm占65%、给矿浓度为30%、冲洗水2.0 L/min、重力G值60 G’S,重选尾矿经一粗三精一扫的浮选流程,可获得品位67.77g/t、回收率93.19%的金精矿。
According to the ore properties of a gold mine in Hanyin area of Shaanxi Province, the influencing factors of Nielsen re-election were studied and the optimal Nielsen re-selection-flotation process conditions were that the fineness of grinding -0.074 mm accounted for 65% Ore concentration of 30%, flushing water 2.0 L / min, gravity G value of 60 G’S, re-election tailings by a crude three fine sweeping flotation process, the grade was 67.77g / t, the recovery rate of 93.19% gold mine.
