我国是社会主义法治国家,公民的法律素质是法治社会良性运行的重要保障。为了提高大学生的法律素质,也为了适应社会的发展并满足社会的需要,培养复合型人才,各高校纷纷对非法学专业开设了一些法学课程。法学课程具有较强的理论性和实践性。对于非法学专业开设的法学课程,更应侧重实践性教学,培养学生实际应用法律知识的能力。
China is a socialist country ruled by law. The legal quality of citizens is an important guarantee for the sound operation of a society ruled by law. In order to improve the legal quality of undergraduates and also to meet the needs of society and meet the needs of the community, we should cultivate a complex type of talented people. All colleges and universities have set up some law courses for illegitimate majors. Law courses have strong theoretical and practical. For the law courses offered by non-law majors, more emphasis should be placed on practical teaching so as to cultivate students’ ability to apply legal knowledge in practice.
