青年文明号活动自1994年在衡阳启动实施以来,走过了12年的历程。回首12个春秋,我们看到,这项活动之所以有这么大的影响,取得这么大的效果,是因为创新始终是活动的主旋律。
Since its launch in Hengyang in 1994, the Youth Civilization Campaign has gone through 12 years of history. Looking back at the 12 Spring and Autumn Periods, we can see that the reason why this activity has such a big impact and achieved such a great effect is that innovation has always been the main theme of the activity.
