山楂红蜘蛛Tetranychusviennensis(Zacher)抗药性测定,采用FAO推荐的玻片浸渍法〔1、2〕。对宁夏高桥种群进行了敏感水平测定,建立了山楂红蜘蛛对17种供试药剂的毒力基线;对山东云门山和山东莱阳种群进行了抗药性测定,结果表明,对三环锡、甲基双苯氟氯菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、水胺硫磷、甲氰菊酯等9种农药表现非抗药性,而莱阳种群对氧乐果、杀虫脒、对硫磷、三氯杀螨醇、乐果和久效磷的抗药性分别为116、268、561、628、1488和1761倍。采用乐果与杀虫脒、三氯杀螨醇与水胺硫磷交替轮换施药的云门山种群对乐果和三氯杀螨醇的抗药性分别降低156倍和273倍。对三氯杀螨醇抗性高达628倍莱阳种群,对以三氯杀螨醇为主的混剂仅表现轻度抗药性。农药交替轮换施用和合理混配,均对山楂红蜘蛛抗药性有延缓作用
The hawthorn spider Tetranychus viennensis (Zacher) resistance determination using the FAO recommended slimming method [1,2]. The sensitivity level of Tiandiao population in Ningxia was tested and the virulence baseline of 17 tested pesticides was established. The drug resistance of populations in Yunmen Mountain, Shandong Province and Laiyang Mountain in Shandong Province were tested. The results showed that the toxicity of tricyclic tin, 9 pesticides such as methyldiphenylum bifenthrin, cyhalothrin, cefotaxime and fenpropathrin showed non-resistance, and the population of Laiyang was not sensitive to omethoate, chlordimeform, parathion, dicofol , Dimethoate and monocrotophos resistance were 11 6, 26 8, 56 1, 62 8, 148 8 and 176 1 times. The drug resistance of dimethoate and dicofol in Yunmen Mountain, whose dimethoate and chlordimeform, dicofol and alternamidine were alternately applied, were reduced 15.6 and 27.3 times respectively. The resistance to dicofol was up to 628 times in Laiyang population, showing only mild resistance to dicofol-based mixture. Alternate alternation of pesticides and rational mixing, all have a delaying effect on the drug resistance of red spider mite
