近年来,农村教育事业取得了长足的发展,但在广大农村,中小学教育布局不合理,使教育资源过度分散和严重浪费的状况依然存在。作为财政部门,笔者认为,必须立足于改革和发展的大局,从各地实际出发,充分发挥财政职能作用,积极配合政府及有关部门,把调整教育布局作为实施“科教兴国”战略、优化教育投入,加强基层财政建设的重要措施抓好。

However, the distribution of primary and secondary education in the vast rural areas is irrational, leaving excessive decentralization and serious waste of educational resources.
