在特殊工况条件下工作的机械设备的润滑往往是不能用常用的润滑油脂来解决的。反应堆控制棒传动机构是处于高温、强辐照状况下,且要求有一年半的使用寿命。作者采用粘结固体润滑膜喷涂轴承滚道,滚轮表面进行二硫化钼热扩散处理以形成自润滑表面,以及用自润滑填充塑料作保持架等综合措施解决反应堆控制棒传动机构的润滑,並作了一系列试验。结果证明采用这种润滑技术时,机件磨损小,寿命长,耐温,耐辐照,可以满足传动机构的润滑要求。本文为高温反应堆传动机构应用固体润滑技术提供了依据。
Lubrication of machinery and equipment working under special conditions is often not used to solve the common lubricating grease. Reactor control rod drive mechanism is in high temperature, strong radiation conditions, and requires a year and a half of life. The author uses a bonded solid lubricant film spray bearing raceway, roller surface thermal diffusion molybdenum disulfide treatment to form a self-lubricating surface, and with self-lubricating plastic filled cages and other comprehensive measures to solve the reactor control rod transmission lubrication, and for A series of experiments. The results show that the use of this lubrication technology, mechanical wear and tear, long life, temperature, radiation resistance, to meet the transmission lubrication requirements. This article provides the basis for applying solid lubricant technology to high temperature reactor drive mechanism.
