植物生长调节剂在农业生产中已广泛应用,但在食用菌生产中应用不普遍,为了探索赤霉素、吲哚乙酸、α-萘乙酸、6-苄基嘌呤四种药剂对平菇发菌及出菇的影响,笔者于1994~1995年进行了较系统的研究。 一、材料与方法 (一)材料 平菇品种为新特1号。赤霉素、吲哚乙酸、α-萘乙酸、6-苄基嘌呤均为国产。 (二)方法 将各种生长调节剂先稀释成100倍母液,然后再稀释成不同剂量的水溶液拌料,装入罐头瓶,每瓶175g,每处理10瓶(培养料配方为桦木屑78%,麸皮20%,糖和石膏各1%),置高压灭菌器内灭菌1小时,灭菌后定量接种,25℃恒温下培养。每隔3~5天测菌丝长度、满瓶时间、出菇时间、子实体产量。
