随着大教育观日益深入人心,幼儿园教育与家庭教育是一种合作和互补的关系,这种同步共育的观念被越来越多的人接受。所以,对幼儿成长有着重要影响的人——家长与教师的和谐共育,是幼儿教育健康发展的重要一环。工作中常常有教师诉说不被家长理解的苦恼,家长也有对教师不满的抱怨,通过多年的观察记录和家长问卷,了解并整理了影响我园家园和谐的大致因素。
With the deepening of popular education concept, kindergarten education and family education are a kind of cooperation and complementarity. This concept of simultaneous co-education is accepted by more and more people. Therefore, people who have an important influence on the growth of young children - the harmonious co-education between parents and teachers is an important part of the healthy development of early childhood education. In the work, teachers often complain about the distress not understood by the parents. Parents also complain about dissatisfaction with the teachers. Through years of observation records and parental questionnaires, they have understood and sorted out the general factors that affect the harmony in our garden.
