蛇床子为伞形科蛇床属植物蛇床的果实。蛇床子的主要成分蛇床子素有钙拮抗剂的活性,蛇床子提取液有抑制Na~+内流作用。因此,推测蛇床子可能会影响心肌细胞膜的Na~+、Ca~(2+)内流,从而发挥抗心律失常作用。故进行了下述实验。
Cnidium is the fruit of Cnidium spp. The main component of Cnidium scaberifera has the activity of calcium antagonists, and Cnidium monnieri extract inhibits Na~+ influx. Therefore, it is speculated that Cnidium may affect the Na~+, Ca~(2+) influx of myocardial cell membrane and exert an antiarrhythmic effect. Therefore, the following experiment was performed.
