目的 探讨中枢神经系统的免疫特殊性及鞘内免疫球蛋白合成的状况。方法 以狂犬病弱毒疫苗、嗜水气单胞菌灭活苗分别通过鞘内、皮下等途径免疫实验犬。免疫后分期收集实验犬的血清和脑脊液标本 ,然后用 EL ISA方法分别测量血清及脑脊液中相应抗体的滴度来判定鞘内有无抗体合成。结果 两种方法免疫的实验犬的血清中均能发现相应抗体 ,无论是通过鞘内或皮下免疫途径 ,而其脑脊液中几乎都未检测到相应抗体。结论 实验犬鞘内不能合成相应的免疫球蛋白。
Objective To investigate the immunogenicity of the central nervous system and the status of intrathecal immunoglobulin synthesis. Methods The rabies attenuated vaccine and Aeromonas hydrophila inactivated vaccine were immunized by intrathecal and subcutaneous routes respectively. Serum and cerebrospinal fluid samples of experimental dogs were collected after immunization by staging, and then the antibody titer in serum and cerebrospinal fluid was measured by ELISA to determine the presence or absence of antibody synthesis in the sheath. Results The corresponding antibodies were found in the sera of dogs immunized by the two methods, either by intrathecal or subcutaneous immunization, and almost no corresponding antibody was detected in cerebrospinal fluid. Conclusion Experimental dogs can not synthesize the corresponding immunoglobulin.
