在生产中,用齿形连接的机械零件,如螺纹、汽轮机叶片的纵树形叶根连接等(见图1、图2)均存在测量问题。在无专用仪器或专用量规测量手段的情况下,一般采用量针测量中径的方法。量针直径d_0和测量值M的计算,通常采用对应的公式。但公式推导比较复杂,而且不利于计算。在线性测量的基础上可归纳和推导出计算量针直径d_0和测量值M的通用公式,适用于各种齿形连接件的量针测量。通用公式推导计算如下:
