在信息化、知识化经济时代下,创新是民族发展的动力之源,面对当前复杂的竞争环境,要想不断提升我国的综合竞争实力、实现社会经济的可持续发展,就需要注重新产品的创新与研发。而在实现新产品开发的过程中,要想将概念创新转化为产品,就需要以项目管理理论为出发点,借助项目管理工具的完善运用来实现对新产品开发的完善管理。文章就如何将项目管理工具应用于产品开发项目中进行了分析,并结合常见问题提出了解决对策,以供参考。
