河北省经济正处于转型时期,面临产业结构转型升级、经济下行的巨大压力。传统的由生产要素来驱动经济增长必须转变为依靠创新驱动来促进经济增长。其中,科技创新是实现经济增长的重要动力。科技型企业的创新发展是河北省需要重点解决的问题。目前,河北省科技型企业特别是中小企业为河北省经济增长做出了重要贡献,但科技型中小企业资金需求量大、融资渠道单一、融资成本高等融资难题依然突出。政府应加大对科技型中小企业的政策扶持,为科技型中小企业提供个性化、金融服务多元化的融资手段,降低其融资风险,以化解河北省科技型中小企业融资难题。 Hebei’s economy is in a period of transition and is under tremendous pressure to transform and upgrade its industrial structure and economic downturn. The traditional driving force of economic growth by factors of production must shift to relying on innovation-driven economy to promote economic growth. Among them, technological innovation is an important driving force for economic growth. Innovative development of science and technology enterprises in Hebei Province needs to be focused on solving the problem. At present, science and technology enterprises in Hebei Province, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, have made important contributions to the economic growth of Hebei Province. However, financing needs of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises are still high, financing channels are single and financing costs are still high. The government should increase the policy support for small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, provide diversified financing means for individualized and financial services to small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, and reduce their financing risks so as to resolve the financing problem of small and medium-sized technology-based SMEs in Hebei Province.
