海安县供电公司以“流程再造”完善营销信息系统,体现了“以客户为中心”,兼顾规范管理和营销信息准确性的思路现有电力营销信息系统(MIS)有待完善为进一步规范电力营销管理,江苏省电力公司2002年改革了原有的供电业扩流程,重新设计了34种业务流程图,并在此基础上开发了全省统一的电力营销管理信息系统。
Hai’an Power Supply Company improved its marketing information system with “Process Reengineering”, which reflected the idea of “Customer Centricity” and taking into account the normative management and accuracy of marketing information. Existing Power Marketing Information System (MIS) to be Perfected To further standardize the power marketing management , Jiangsu Electric Power Company in 2002 to reform the original power supply industry expansion process, redesigned 34 kinds of business processes, and on this basis developed a unified electricity marketing management information system in the province.
