目的分析农村已婚妇女人工流产的影响因素,了解其避孕方式。方法 2016年3—8月,选择山东省海阳市的农村已婚妇女1 246名,自制调查表,进行面对面入户调查,调查内容避孕情况、避孕方式选择、人工流产情况等。计数资料比较采用χ~2检验。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 1 246名农村妇女中避孕983名,占78.9%;避孕方式(多选):避孕药78名,安全套644名,宫内节育器787名,避孕针剂12名。避孕方式知晓情况:1种546名、2种322名,3种221名,4种及以上157名。农村妇女人工流产与年龄、职业、文化程度、避孕措施、家庭收入有关(均P<0.05)。结论农村妇女避孕方式选择依次为宫内节育器、安全套、避孕药、避孕针剂;年龄、职业、文化程度、避孕措施、家庭收入影响农村妇女的人工流产率。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of induced abortion in rural married women and to understand their contraceptive methods. Methods From March to August 2016, 1,246 rural married women in Haiyang City, Shandong Province were selected to conduct self-made questionnaires to conduct face-to-face household surveys and survey contents on contraception, selection of contraceptive methods and induced abortion. Counting data using χ ~ 2 test. P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results Among the 1 246 rural women, 983 were contraceptives, accounting for 78.9%. Contraceptive methods (multiple choice): 78 contraceptives, 644 condoms, 787 IUDs and 12 contraceptives. Contraceptive methods are known: 546 in one type, 322 in two types, 221 in three types and 157 in four types and above. Induced abortion in rural women was related to age, occupation, educational level, contraception and family income (all P <0.05). Conclusions The choice of contraceptive methods for rural women is followed by IUDs, condoms, contraceptives and contraceptives. The age, occupation, educational level, contraceptive measures and family income affect the abortion rate of rural women.
