目的评价在艾滋病流行的农村地区,针对中学生开发以作文簿为信息载体的艾滋病防治教育活动的效果。方法通过需求评估,确定目标人群、材料类型和核心信息,开发出印有艾滋病防治知识图文的作文簿,在中学生中发放并使用;同时要求学校开展相关宣传教育活动,学生写有关艾滋病内容的作文、家长阅读和签字。在干预活动前后分别进行基线调查和效果评价。结果共印制作文簿19万本,抽取的调查学校作文簿发放率为100%,开展相关的艾滋病健康教育活动为100%;97.8%的学生喜欢作文簿;99.5%的学生认为作文簿上的信息对自己有帮助;96.3%的学生能正确回答出作文簿中的4项核心信息内容。干预后,与干预前相比更多的学生掌握了艾滋病防治知识(P<0.01),改变了对待艾滋病患者的态度、个人参与的态度和意愿(P<0.01);有更多的学生主动宣传过艾滋病防治知识(P<0.01)。结论在艾滋病流行且资源有限的地区,免费对中学生发放印有艾滋病防治知识图文的作文簿,是动员学生参与预防艾滋病活动,提高预防控制艾滋病知识、引导正确态度和行为的好方法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of AIDS prevention and control education activities targeting middle school students in the AIDS epidemic in rural areas, using a book as an information carrier. Methods Through the needs assessment, the target population, material types, and core information were determined. A composition book with AIDS prevention and control knowledge was developed and distributed to middle school students. At the same time, schools were required to carry out related publicity and education activities and students wrote AIDS-related content. Composition, parents reading and signing. Baseline surveys and effect evaluations were conducted before and after interventions. As a result, a total of 190,000 literary books were co-published, 100% of the sample books were collected from the survey schools, and 100% of related AIDS health education activities were conducted; 97.8% of the students liked writing books; 99.5% of students considered writing books The information is helpful to oneself; 96.3% of students can correctly answer the four core information contents in the composition book. After the intervention, more students learned AIDS prevention and control knowledge than before the intervention (P<0.01), changed attitudes and willingness to treat AIDS patients, personal participation attitude and willingness (P<0.01); more students took the initiative to publicize Knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion In the areas where AIDS is endemic and where resources are limited, free distribution of printed books with AIDS prevention and control knowledge for middle school students is a good way to mobilize students to participate in HIV/AIDS prevention activities, improve prevention and control of AIDS knowledge, and guide correct attitudes and behaviors.
